Oceanic Forces by Emily De Molly

This beautiful polish is by Emily De Molly. This is a jelly so it takes 2 to 3 coats. You have to fish a little for the larger circles. But it is so worth it. I also used hk girl as the topcoat to make it have even more shine. This polish looks amazing.
