Snow queen by Once upon a polish Snow queen by Once upon a polish is such a pretty topcoat.It has ultra fine silver glitter in it,small white dots and silver glitter shards.It looks amazing over this blue Tallulah by Zoya.But I think it would look great over any color.

The light catches it beautifully.
