holographic nail polish
This is what I used on my nails
along with a stamping a plate not shown.
Normally I would use G&G blue,the dollar store blue polish or
aqua for a basecoat with a holo. But this worked just fine with it.
This purple holo by Lacquer Head is so pretty.
